By downloading, accessing, or using Celibacy Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to the iOS app, widgets, premium features, and related support.
App Purpose
Celibacy Tracker is a personal habit and streak tracking app. It provides tools for tracking progress, journaling, reviewing milestones, using SOS support, and building discipline. The app is not medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
If you are dealing with a health, addiction, mental health, or safety concern, seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.
Subscriptions And Purchases
Some features may require a premium purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, trial terms, renewal periods, and available plans are shown in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store policies.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the app and for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules.
Privacy
Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how app data, analytics, purchases, support requests, and iCloud sync are handled.
Availability And Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We may also update these terms when needed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Celibacy Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific personal outcome.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Reku is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Celibacy Tracker.
